Shipping & Delivery Policy

Kentackle reserves the right to utilize any service necessary to meet our delivery commitment.

Please assume that orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EAT will be processed the following business day (Monday to Friday).

For example: If an order is placed on Friday at 4:00 p.m. EAT, it may not be processed until the following Monday.

We generally offer free shipping for orders of at least KSH 15,000 unless otherwise stated.
Any free shipping promotion will ONLY apply to orders shipping in Kenya.
Not all items are eligible for free shipping. Bulky and heavy items, such as fishing rods, gaffs, and coolers. Please note that this list is to provide examples and other items that do not fall into these categories may also not be eligible for free shipping.

Delivery rates vary depending on the cart value. For orders below KSH 4,999 the delivery rate is Ksh1,000.00 & for orders above KSH 5,000 delivery rate is KSH 500.
Most orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered in 7 to 14 business days (Monday through Friday). Very little stock is kept on hand, most items are air freighted in from our suppliers after an order is placed. Please note that orders with fishing rods may experience a slight delay of 2 - 4 business days due to the bulky nature of the item.
All domestic orders will be shipped via Wells Fargo Couriers at our discretion. Shipment can be sent to your address or closest collection point.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been given to the carrier. We have no control over the speed at which a carrier will deliver the package to you. This applies to expedited methods as well.
Kentackle is not responsible for the shipment once it has been shipped from our warehouse.
If your order needs to be shipped to remote regions in Kenya, please allow an additional 1 to 2 days for delivery.

International orders may be shipped Wells Fargo, FedEx or DHL. We do not offer international shipping through any other carriers at this time.
Orders being sent to international addresses will incur additional charges. Prices calculated online are estimates. Customers will be contacted should shipping charges exceed that of which they were quoted online. (All international shipping/handling charges are based on package size weight and eventual destination.)
Kentackle does not collect taxes or duties for international orders. International orders may be subject to taxes and duties and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these taxes and duties.
Abandoned international shipments are not eligible for refund or credit.
